I come from property — letting it, managing it, dealing with the phone calls that come with it.
What I kept noticing was two problems sitting next to each other. Firms were putting crews in travel hotels by the ring road, paying per head per night for somewhere nobody wanted to stay. And landlords had decent houses standing empty between tenants.
So that's what I do now. I put working crews into proper houses, and I keep those houses busy for the people who own them.
How I work
- You get me on the phone, not a call centre or a form that goes nowhere.
- You'll normally have an answer within a couple of hours.
- If I haven't got anything near your site, I'll tell you that instead of wasting your week.
- One price for the house, per week. No per-head maths, no surprises on the invoice.
Straight with you
This is a young business. I'd rather say that than pretend otherwise.
What it means in practice: you're dealing with the person who owns the problem, every time. Nothing gets passed to a department, and there's no script. The early customers are the ones who decide whether this works, so you'll get more attention from me than you would from somewhere that's got a thousand beds and a queue.
